This course provides a great foundation of knowledge for entry to work in areas such as aged care disability, mental health, youth work, family support, and other community services roles.
It is a nationally recognised accredited qualification that provides a range of practical skills and knowledge to confidently work within the community services sector.
This pathway focuses on building communication skills and effectiveness in responding to client issues as well as developing practical skills in the discipline of family work, psychology, counselling and welfare practice. It is delivered in a comprehensive blended learning approach that incorporates practical face to face workshops with online learning and work placement.
